Guest Relations

Square Lime Premium Hospitality Management company, has accomplished to manage a great portfolio of Luxury Boutique Hotels and Premium Villas all over Greece with great sales, yielding, financial and marketing performance in all our exclusively managed properties

We are looking for a Guest Relations for one of our boutique hotels.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
• Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
• Report customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
• Respond to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
• Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned sunbeds are prepared prior to check-in
• Promptly address guests’ requests
• Actively listen to and resolve complaints
• Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
• Inform clients of all our services
• Promote all amenities and conveniences
• Liaise with workers and Wait Staff to provide an overall comfortable guest experience
• Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress

Qualification Standards:

• Must hold a Bachelor degree in tourism, sales or marketing fields
• Must be fluent in English and knowledge of any additional language(s) is a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is essential.
• Previous experience in the tourism industry or in a luxury brand is preferred.

• Have strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task

We are looking for Front Office and Receptionists for our boutique hotels

The main responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests for the check in process
• Manage the registration process and keep updated records and files
• Meet and exceed guest expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting local venues
• Receive and handle payments, c/in and c/out procedures in an efficient manner
• Receive calls, emails and respond accordingly
• Follow hotel policies and procedures for providing excellent service standards
• Handle our PMS system (knowledge of Pylon will be considered an asset)
• Prepare reports for all front office operations.
• Handling requests, resolve all issues in an efficient way.

Position Requirements:

• Tourism or Hospitality degree
• Experience of 2 years in 4 or 5 star hotels in similar position
• Proficient use of English language, both oral and written. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an asset
• Previous experience with PMS systems
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
